We are holding our first American style Spelling Bee in the run up to SATs.
Whole year group taking part and we are making this a key event with chn dressing up in black & yellow, prizes, certificates and bowling alley-style music é animations. See Yr 6 SATs Spelling Bee for the event set up; choose Spelling Bee updated for differentiated spelling lists for LAPs, AAPs and HAPs.
Note: supercilious spelt wrongly on sheet (orchid bees); choose spelling bee script for words in order they will be asked with words in sentences as per SATs test.
