Victorian England enabling resources

I produced these resources to use as part of an 'enable table' during a lesson about poverty for Dickens' A Christmas Carol. There are four information sheets (education, sanitation, workhouses and employment) with accompanying images. I printed and laminated them on 4 different coloured papers and left on the enable table for More Able pupils to use as a way of meeting AO3 for the new Lit GCSE. Would work well when used as an 'investigate'/carousel lesson, or alternatively on classroom displays.

PowerPoint I created for a KS3 literacy intervention day. Covers simple, compound and complex sentences in order. Plenty of opportunity for explicit teaching of sentence types using formulas, images and cut and stick opportunities.
