This A Level Science Required Practical Uncertainties Reference Sheet helps my students during all of their required practicals, and in their final exams. Students use this as a cheat sheet, stuck in to the back of their lab books, and they can refer to it whenever they want to help them remember the questions for all of the Errors and Uncertainties needed for the required practicals. There are 2 pages, I print 2 to a page so they can stick in to the back of their books.

Here is a complete revision booklet for Year 1 (Year 12) Physics AQA (also great across all exam boards). Lesson by lesson notes and exam specific questions with mark schemes after each section. All my 13 students are using it currently to revise exams, the students complete these as work booklets per half term, they are self assessed, marks collected in and recorded - allowing for focused revision on weaker areas. Year 13 topics will be uploaded when they are completed - working as fast as I can. This covers all Year 1 (Year 12) topics: Particles and Radiation Waves and Optics Mechanics and Materials Electricity I have adapted / used the format from another authors upload, it is not relevant to the new specification. For topics that were not in the old specification I made make from scratch.
