This 12-page resource contains a full process for how to tackle an Othello essay question. This particular question has come from an A Level Literature paper, but the same process could equally be used for GCSE, iGCSE or any other exam board or level. It’s structured in a way that supports and helps students through the process of essay writing - so it’s not intended to be used in timed conditions. Bear in mind that when you’ve got strict timings on essays, this process needs to be somewhat condensed and much of it will just be working out ideas in your head rather than spending lots of time planning on the page.
