Planned to be delivered to students studying the AQA Specification A, but easily adapted for other exam boards. I have planned all content to be delivered during an intensive Easter School session, in which the aim is for students to understand the main content of the exam. Also suitable for a school VLE.

Final 2 lessons to encourage students to consider what the wider application is of research and a lesson to teach tips and techniques ahead of the controlled assessment.

2 lessons in which students learn how to interpret data in statistical form (recognising bias etc), and a second lesson of how to make recommendations to improve practice and provision.

A bundle of resources to teach about the different types of research methods using in Health and Social Care. Suitable for Level 2 and Level 3 content (planned for Unit 4 of L3, but easy to differentiate for Level 2).

AQA New Specification 9-1- Lesson5 School Diversity. I used this lesson as an opportunity to get the students to work in groups to produce either a presentation on sugar paper, a power point presentation or a presentation using the Ipads. It worked really well and I actually got some great display material from it. Alternatively it’s great as a homework activity.
