This resource breaks down the full novel, Jekyll and Hyde into 10 pages of key quotations. Currently, no other resource has collated all 10 chapters into key quotes in one document. This resource makes accessing AO1 and AO2 marks easier, more visual and handy. This resource also gives the background and meaning of each of the key quotes so students can remember and place each quote before their analysis. This resource has been used with several Year 11 classes with great effect - each student remembers the quote, the context in which it belongs to the novel (AO1) and is offered some space to form independent analysis of the language to secure their AO2 marks. This is a very useful tool for middle to low ability KS4 students for English Literature.
