A lesson for the new AQA Biology specification about the effects of pollution and human activity on biodiversity. Videos can be included about biodiversity - probably the trailer for Planet Earth 2. This lesson compresses the following topics into one lesson with the use of information sheets and a table: 4.7.3.2 Waste Management 4.7.3.3 Land Use 4.7.3.4 Deforestation Students found this type of activity useful, but needs consolidating at the end with either an exam question of other AfL techniques.
