I have been an elementary teacher in UK and in Canada for many years. I absolutely love my career! I have had several educational books published, and have contributed articles to magazines such as Scholastic. I particularly enjoy creating resources for teachers to use in their classroom that utilize methods other than "fill in the blank"! I hope that you will find some helpful resources in my shop.

The Fall season is an ideal time to introduce the students to pumpkins. Children equate pumpkins with Hallowe’en and Jack o’ Lanterns, and are naturally enthusiastic about this big orange fruit. There are observations to be made and experiments to be conducted – along with mathematical problems and language arts activities. You will find handouts ready to duplicate and distribute.
