Fun way of assessing learners ability to identify the properties of 2D shapes. Learners choose 9 numbers from a grid and then answer the questions displayed on screen. Learners then mark off their bingo card. Winner is the person who gets a full house. I usually team this up with mini whiteboards so I can see who is getting the questions right. Useful starter or plenary.
Resource contains the question presentation with answers and a bingo card that can be printed off for each learner.
Unlock the code to escape the room by answering sequences questions. I use this with a set of combination locks I bought cheap in a poundshop. I set the locks to open on a set combination which can only be got by answering the questions. The quickest team to get the combination win. This activity generates great fun in class and is worth the investment in a set of cheap combi locks. Answer sheet included.
A worksheet on calculating percentage profit or loss. Learners calculate the percentage loss or profit for each question and shade in the answers on a grid. At the end there will be five numbers left over on their grid which they have to add up to get a total. The learners can self check as if their answer isn’t on the grid then they would need to check their calculation.
Students will practice measuring angles with a protractor with this fun digital activity. Students will use a movable digital protractor to measure 12 angles. They will then find their answer from the answer choices on screen and drag it to the appropriate spot.
Angles that open from both sides are included.
