Times Table Starter. Suitable for Primary and Secondary students This starter requires concentration and sharp mental arithmetic! On mini whiteboards or on paper students draw a 4 x 4 grid. They have to try to fill the grid with correct answers. The questions are only shown for 1 second at a time but they will repeat throughout the duration of the quiz, so they have to think fast! I have included a 2nd copy powerpoint which is a copy of the first but this time the questions repeat every 2 seconds for learners who struggle with the fast speed.
