This creative writing lesson focuses on describing a spooky character. The lesson begins with a simile starter activity which can be completed as a class or in groups. The lesson provides an engaging story starter prompt which learners can use or come up with their own. The focus of the lesson is what the character ‘Mia’ sees through the keyhole.
