This Viking Quest is designed to be a cross-curricular link between humanities and maths. There are 30 word problems for the students to solve, covering addition, subtraction, multiplication and division.
There are 3 rounds of questions which they must solve. Once they solve the questions they are given clues written in runes. They must solve these clues in order to stop a Viking attack on the Anglo-Saxons. All answers are provided as well as teacher instructions.
Children can work independently or as part of a group.
