Created in both Russian and phonetic Russian, it allows children from Ukraine, Russia and other Russian speaking countries to settle in to a new classroom and be able to be confident and independent. I have previously used these labels to help children with English as an Additional Language (EAL) and SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities). It allows them to be able to identify where items are that are hidden away in drawers, helping to ease anxiety of a new classroom.
