I am now a retired teacher having taught for over 40 years in the UK at secondary level. I wanted to share my love of Mathematics and teaching by providing a good set of resources which will more than cover all your needs for as many topics as I can and at good value for money. I am trying to cover many topics from foundation level GCSE up to grade 9 at higher level in a way that is interesting and relevant. I hope you like my style !

A very underrated topic in most text books - this PDF covers all that you will need to teach / learn the small angle approximations at ‘A’ level. I have approached the topic from various angles to ensure a lot of variability in the style of question and it’s focus - i have not combined it with any other expansions though. At KS3 I may only use the first half of each question and allow the more able student to attempt the second half. At KS4 I used it for revision and simply asked students to go down one column. A very useful worksheet for grade 7+ students. This topic has been in every GCSE paper from all boards since the introduction of the 9 - 1 exam. This PDF consists of 26 questions on solving a pair of simultaneous equations - one linear and one quadratic - resulting in a quadratic equation and hence two points of intersection. All questions have been carefully worked out to give integer answers and none of the resulting quadratics are ‘ugly’.
