GCSE Science Command Word Wheel
A word wheel that contains many of the AQA command words for GCSE.
The aim of this resource is to increase the understanding of the language that is used in the questions at GCSE. Pupils can be given the command word wheel at the beginning of an exam, for example, to ensure that their literacy levels are not the reason why they do not succeed.
These are easily to construct and can be laminated to be used multiple times.
Print off on two separate pieces of paper
Cut out the blue triangle on the first page
Laminate both pages (optional)
Place a split pin through the middle in order to rotate

When I have used them I have placed them on an A5 sheet and have a handful of them in my classroom give to pupils who may be struggling.
It includes a step-by-step table along with all the Physics equations and their respective units.
This resource includes a worked example of how to use the resource which you can also show to pupils to help.
