All of my activities are created on an Acer Chromebook in a series of Posts on a Google Blog. I find some free coding to create a new type of activity and then find some suitable content. Any content can be adapted to any activity. All I need is feedback and requests.

The original activity can be found at https://learnanytime-mycreations.blogspot.com/2023/03/food-energy-pyramid-3-rows-tree-leaves_27.html A picture catalogue of all my resources can be found at : https://learnanytime-practising.blogspot.com A simple drag and drop activity, pictures from a pile into a pyramid. Thanks Alison for the idea of starting with different types of habitats. I hope this is what you envisaged. I will try some others if it is. All of my activities are created on an Acer Chromebook in a series of Posts on a Google Blog. I know nothing of computer coding but started with one piece of free coding and have been adapting that by incorporating additional free coding. They are created as TEMPLATES for online interactive resources. So, if you have a blog, or want to create one to try this concept out, simply copy and paste the text in the downloaded text file as a NEW POST and PUBLISH. If the concept works PLEASE let me know and I will add other TEMPLATES I have created. The activities are meant to be fun, flexible and differentiated. They are meant to develop transferable skills and be cross curricular. As a result they hopefully reinforce small chunks of information and give a better understanding of a topic. I have sorted them into LEARNING, PRACTISING and TESTING activities and will add activities for each grouping if the concept works. Most of the activities are aimed at UK National Curriculum KS1 and KS2. Contact me at : learnanytime@gmail.com

In some of these activities I have used “labels”, in others I have “altered” the actual pictures. I would welcome comments as to whether these help or not. The original activity can be found at https://learnanytime-mycreations.blogspot.com/2022/05/l-sight-words-set-1-zooming-sentences.html A picture catalogue of all my resources can be found at : https://learnanytime-practising.blogspot.com This is my next attempt to share some of my resources. It is an activity based on some coding I have called “zooming sentences” and free sets of sight words I found on the internet. There may be an ethical issue here in that the “zooming” technique can be seen as subliminal, however, it is very effective as an educational “tool”. The concept is simple in that the facts are presented in an animated way with the important words highlighted and which feature in other activities on the same topic. The original activity can be found at https://learnanytime-mycreations.blogspot.com/2020/08/matching-part-sentences-compound.html A picture catalogue of all my resources can be found at : https://learnanytime-practising.blogspot.com JIGWORD is a simple piece of coding where you have three columns of frames. In the first is the sentence beginning, in the third is the sentence ending and the middle is where the two are combined. A simple change of text colour coding can change this to a TESTING activity. It creates a “maze” where learners have to find a connecting path from one side of the screen to the other.
