This 12-page workbook is specifically designed to support children in their learning of the RWI (Read Write Inc) Set 2 and Set 3 phonics program. The workbook includes reading comprehension exercises that focus on different phonemes, including “ee/ea,” “oi/oy” “ay, ai & a-e,” “igh/i-e,” “ow, oa & o-e,” “oo, ew & u-e,” “or/aw,” “air/are,” “ur, er & ir” and “ow/ou”. First, children read through the passages and highlight the focus phonic for each reading. To further reinforce their learning, previous sounds or tricky words can be highlighted in different colours for revision.
