This is a short practice to review regular -ar, -er, -ir preterit verbs
Part 1: Write the correct preterit endings for -ar, -er, -ir and conjugate the 3 verbs for all 6 persons.
Part 2: Match the clue word to its correct English translation (ex: ayer = yesterday) 10 total
Part 3: Answer each question in a complete sentence. (10 total)
Verbs included:
-AR: hablar, comprar, ayudar
-ER: comer, aprender, vender
-IR: vivir, salir, escribir, recibir
Answer key is included for parts 1 and 2 only. For part 3, student answers will vary

Present subjunctive: Sentences with regular -ar, -er, -ir verbs
Length: 2 pages
This is a practice on writing original sentences with regular -ar, -er, -ir present subjunctive verbs.
For each verb type (-ar, -er -ir), choose the correct present subjunctive verb to match subject 2 from the word bank and write it in the template provided. Then, add 3-4 words to create to expand on the sentence in an original manner. Your sentence must make sense.
Three templates are provided with introductory verbs (conjugated) for students to write their sentences. Students will write a total of 15 sentences (5 per verb type: -ar, -er, -ir)
Present subjunctive verbs used:
-AR: hablar, comprar, ayudar, nadar, mirar
-ER: aprender, leer, vender, beber, comprender
-IR: abrir, escribir, vivir, compartir, decidir
This practice can be used for classwork, homework, bell ringer, exit pass, or quiz.
I-Y Preterit verbs practice
Complete each conjugation with the missing verb elements (ending, spelling change, or part of ending). Then, write a sentence in the preterit after each verb using the subject provided. Your sentence should be 6-7 words and must make sense.
Verbs included: leer, caer, creer, oir
-UIR verbs: destruir, construir, contribuir, huir
For all verbs, students will complete the conjugation for all 6 persons and write one sentence per verb (8 sentences total)
Answer key is included for conjugations only. For sentences, student answers will vary.

MATCHING: I-Y PRETERIT VERBS SENTENCES
Choose the correct letter of the conjugation that makes sense
There are 16 short sentences total and answer key is included.

This worksheet is a matching practice on the conjugations of the past perfect tense (el pluscuamperfecto).
Ex: Hablar (yo) Answer (K) había hablado
There are 26 conjugations total. Regular and irregular past participles (hecho, abierto etc) are included. Answer key is also included.

This is a quiz on the present perfect tense in Spanish (haber + past participle)

Part 2: Complete each sentence using the correct conjugation of estar (present tense) and the past participle of the verb in parenthesis. The past participle must agree in number and gender with the subject. (23 total)
*Note: The sentences are short as shown in the example below.

Part 2: Answer each question in a complete sentence by conjugating the introductory and the present subjunctive verb and adding the required information. (6 information questions total)

Read about the problems due to Covid 19. For every problem, write a solution using a different introductory verb and by choosing a solution from the list below (or come up with your own).
There are 10 problems total and students will write a solution in a complete sentence using the present subjunctive.
