There are also slides included that ask students to identify the initial sound of a picture shown for all of the sounds a-z. A voice over is also included so that students can listen to the teacher and repeat the sounds (as a small group activity with a splitter for headphones).

roll and read vowel digraph games - Want some word level reading games that make learning fun and allow students to practise targeted phonic reading skills? These phonic reading games are designed assist students practice their phonic knowledge and apply that to reading words with targeted graphemes. Choose the boards that target your specific phonemes and the graphemes you are teaching. These games are roll and read boards and ‘find the word’ boards. This pack is aimed towards phonics for Year One and Year Two but can be used for consolidation and remediation of students in Year Three. 136 pages.
