We also light candles and lower the lights and the children thoroughly enjoy reading for 15 minutes or so in this lovely environment! Thanks for looking, The Bearded Teacher.

52 Weeks / Whole Year of Fantasy Images of Amazing Futuristic Locations for Art or English Prompts. Hello, please find attached: 52 highly detailed images of different worlds. The attached files consist of a full year’s worth (52 separate slides) of fantasy like images that can be used as story starters and othr ideas with your class. Each slide has 1 detailed image of a fantasy land. You can use one a week or simply print them all 12 to a page for and chop them up for children to describe and stick in their books. You will now have ownership of the images and can use however you wish for your students. For each one image they choose they could also: Write a one paragraph story starter. Write a poem using the 5 senses. Recreate the image using a specific medium in art. Write 5 associated adjectives / adverbs / nouns Tell their partner what happens next in the story. I do create bespoke computer generated art for specific tasks too so please send me a message request for this and I can help you. Please look at my shop, The Bearded Teacher.

Create your own Unique Child Superhero Comic Book Story with many Printable Colouring Sheets / Pages

(0)
Create your own Comic Book with Printable Coloring Sheets / Pages and space for text in English. Attached is a PDF featuring five child superheroes. The chlildren each have a special power and share as follows: Indra from India - Earth Power Elspeth from Scotland - Wind Power Nari from South Korea- Water Power Damian from USA - Fire Power Gathee from Africa- Space Power Elementhia (a Goddess who has the ability to control all of the powers and trains the children). The idea is that you print the pdf and children can chop it up and colour, stick and annotate / write a story about the super heroes. For guidance (and with my class) I said that the children all had a magic rune that they found which gave them a power (the runes are also in the PDF). The children in the story all share the same Birthday and were selected to hold the powers. Very fun, children loved colouring and writing about these and wanted more characters! Please check my other resources, The Bearded Teacher.

Harry Potter - 10 x Coloring Sheets / Colouring Pages Activity - Printable A4 Mindfulness Worksheets

Harry Potter - 10 x Coloring Sheets / Colouring Pages Activity - Printable A4 Mindfulness Worksheets. The PDF file is ready to print on A4 (you could also select multiple to a page so children have a small set each which they can print and write about / annotate in their exercise books.) I like to print ‘two to a page’ which gives them an A5, smaller version. These make a great classroom display for your reading area / topic area in class, especially if you click ‘print to A3’. They’re also good if you print them smaller (i.e. 6 to a page) so that the students can then annotate them i.e. writing specific descriptions next to the pictures. I have lots more colouring sheets in my shop. Thanks for looking at our resources.
