Colour Monster Feelings Dice Activity! 3D Cube Net Template with Colour Monsters (by Anna Llenas). Instructions: Print the sheets (ideally on card) on A4 (or A3 for a large teacher version). Students are to create their dice by folding as sticking (they can choose from dice templates with the monsters, just the words or plain dice to make their own from scratch). Students then roll the dice and they have to say a time in their life when they felt that emotion. Another idea is that they talk about what that feeling means to them. A third idea is to talk about when they might feel that feeling in the future. I used this in an outstanding lesson at the beginning of the school year. Colour Monster Feelings Glass Bottles Activity A4 Template with all Colour Monsters (by Anna Llenas) Instructions: Print the sheets on A4 (teachers can choose any of the designs to help with differentiation / preference - some have lines, some are larger etc. First Sheet: these bottles have no lines. Second Sheet: these bottles have lines to help the children write a few sentences about each emotion. The rest of the sheets in the document are larger (two to a page) bottles which make great displays for classroom walls (lined and unlined) I usually read the Colour Monster book then give these to the children. Personalised Colouring Name Cards / Tray Labels / Peg Labels / Mindfuless Colouring Pages NEW 2024. Teachers simply need to change the word ‘Name’ to the student of their choice and print. There are several different designs to choose from (see images above). Each design as the inverse (the colouring is either within the lettering or the lettering is white and the pattern surrounds it instead) Students can then colour in the name card. Eid al-Adha BUNDLE - Islam Muslim Religion Coloring Sheets, PowerPoint, Quiz, Activity A4 Worksheets The files are ready to print on A4 (you could also select multiple to a page so children have a small set each which they can print and write about / annotate in their exercise books.) I like to print ‘two to a page’ which gives them an A5, smaller version. These make a great classroom display for your reading area / topic area in class, especially if you click ‘print to A3’. They’re also good if you print them smaller (i.e. 6 to a page) so that the students can then annotate them i.e. writing specific descriptions next to the pictures. Book Review Detailed Worksheet Activity (2 Page) NEW A4 Rating, Character, Setting, Plot Points etc. A more detailed book review activity that inlcudes two A4 worksheets with more space to write than others found online. The students thoroughly enjoyed creating these from their favourite books and we displayed them in our reading corner.

Five Playdough (Playdoh) Mats for EYFS Early Years / Year 1 / Nursery / Pre-School Simply print the resource in colour and laminate the playdough mats. Children to use the playdough to fill in the missing pieces on the sheet (there is a smaller image of what the finished picture should look like). 2D Shape Sorter Activity. The best way to use this resource: Print the shapes (pages 1 - 7) on different coloured paper and chop and laminate. Put these in a big pile on the playground for the children. Print and laminate the shape name cards and put these inside 7 different hula hoops on the far side of the playground. Children need to grab one shape at a time, run to the far side of the playground and place the shape in the correctly marked hula hoop! Great fun, part of an outstandng maths lesson with a mixed EYFS / Year 1 Class.

Create your very own Letters / Lettering Set / Display Titles! Mindfulness Colouring Activity. Simple print the letters you want for your title, ask the students to colour them, then chop and laminate. A great idea to create a personalised set of display titles! These also work for printing the students’ names to personalise their own areas i.e. pegs etc. Simply print the page numbers you need as the document has many pages. Thanks for looking!

Alphabet Letters Laminated Mats, Letter A - E Playdough, writing, reading EYFS, Early Years KS1 NEW I have attached the alphabet mat for the letter A - E. Students have 6 different tasks to complete for each letter as follows: Trace the dotted letters with a pencil carefully. Create the letters using playdough (if not using playdoug they can colour instead). Find the upper and lower case versions of the letter. Colour in the images that begin with this letter. Read the words to another pupil / adult who then ticks the words. Finally, they must write the upper and lower case versions of the letter to complete the story! This is a great resource that keeps the children engaged for a long time. Once they finish they can get the next letter (I will be adding letters F-Z if this resources is popular - please download and review it for this reason). Then affix them to the front of their exercise books (if the exercise books are smaller size please print ‘two to a page’. These are also good to simply make folders for their work in that subject.
