Castle Hall Academy is a welcoming, successful and ambitious school, where students gain a high quality, personalised learning experience, delivered by talented and valued staff. We value our parents and families and make every effort to include them in the full life of the academy.

Our exceptional classroom culture is key to delivering academic excellence; we have high expectations of our students and our teachers and strive to become better every day, developing character and raising aspirations.

Developing our staff is important to us; this means challenging and supporting teachers, leaders and support staff to be the best they can be, to ensure the greatest possible impact on the lives of all our students, their families and the wider community.

In March 2023, Ofsted inspectors reported that our staff value the support, training and guidance they receive and share leaders’ vision for absolute excellence. They also reported that “leaders’ high aspirations for excellence are increasingly being realised as they continue to improve what pupils experience.”

Castle Hall Academy joined Impact Education Multi Academy Trust in 2018, meaning that students and staff benefit from collaboration between schools within the trust, sharing resources, knowledge and best practice.
