Rainbowtrekkers Widdersdorf

rainbowtrekkers Kita gGmbH is an independent provider of bilingual day care centres in Cologne. We care for 160 children in three facilities in English and German between the ages of 1 and 6. At rainbowtrekkers we have a so-called "eclectic" approach, i.e. our approach is made up of different pedagogical action concepts from all over the world. We base our pedagogical work on these ideas. A respectful attitude towards the child's personality must be the starting point of all education.
The rainbow stands for the diversity of the children who visit our day care centres. Trekkers comes from the English word for journey (trekking) and indicates that education is a flowing process - a journey into life on which we accompany the children in our day care centres.
