Your opportunity

We are looking to appoint an experienced one to one SEN Learning Support Assistant who will play a key role in supporting 1 specific child outside of the classroom environment. We are keen to hear from candidates with strong experience in supporting children with SEND.

You will join our friendly school located in pleasant surroundings in Horsham

• Able to deliver a significantly differentiated and personalised curriculum and learning opportunities.

• An understanding of speech, language and communication needs

• A colleague with experience in supporting children with SEND

• Someone with high expectations who is committed to raising the achievement of all children

• The ability to use a variety of strategies to engage and support children in their learning

The Details:

Start Date: ASAP

Salary: GLF Specialist point 1 – FTE £26,272

Actual Salary: TBC dependent on hours worked

Hours of work: Part and Full time opportunities available - options can be discussed at interview.

Term Time: 39 weeks per year (including INSET days)
