We are seeking to appoint an inspirational 2ic Science teacher to join our committed team of practitioners in delivering a curriculum which informs, transforms and generates a lifelong love of learning from January or Easter 2025.

We benefit from brand-new facilities, including Sports Hall, Fitness Suite, Activities Studio and changing rooms and lovely outdoor spaces, including a 3G Astro Turf and large grass fields. But, what we’re more proud of, is the sense of team and community we have at Lanfranc and the relationships seen in the day-to-day interactions between staff, students and our wider community.

We are seeking to appoint a colleague that has ambition for our students and will lead their curriculum areas ensuring it informs, transforms and generates a lifelong love of learning.

The Archbishop Lanfranc Academy opened in September 2014 and moved into its brand new whole-school rebuild in September 2017.

We are committed to high-quality, collaborative and relevant CPD for all members of staff to enable and support them to make the best possible progress in their role and in their future career development. As a growing school there are many opportunities for ‘in-house’ progression.

The Academy is located within a short walk of Therapia Lane Tram Stop, mid-way between East Croydon and Wimbledon Mainline Stations and underground connections, both of which are approximately 15 minutes by tram from the school.
