We are looking for an enthusiastic person with good literacy, administrative and communication skills to work in our Attendance department. The role will provide support to our attendance, admissions and transitions areas.

You will need to have excellent computer and communication skills with a knowledge of either Google or Word. This is a busy department and the holder needs to be able to work flexibly, meet deadlines and prioritise work under pressure.

A knowledge of Google Chrome would be an advantage, but not essential as training will be given in all aspects of the role.

The post holder has day to day contact with the Headteacher, staff, pupils, parents and Governors, as well as staff from Swale Academies Trust, other agencies, other schools, the local community and representatives of a wide variety of goods and services.
