Salary:                Up to £40,000 per annum dependent on experience

Hours:                37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Contract:            Permanent

We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Administration Manager.

About the role:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Administration Manager , This position requires a diverse skill set encompassing data management, content creation, IT support, and administrative duties. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and supporting various departments within the organisation.

Responsibilities:

  • Utilise Microsoft Access and Excel to organise, analyse, and maintain databases efficiently.
  • Generate reports and produce key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and evaluate business metrics.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity through regular audits and updates.
  • Write engaging newsletters and other communication materials to keep stakeholders informed about company updates and initiatives.
  • Assist in creating and updating content for the company website to ensure relevance and accuracy.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for resolving IT issues and providing technical assistance to employees.
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software problems and escalate complex issues to the appropriate IT personnel if necessary.
  • Assist in payroll processing and inputting data into our XD system.
  • Coordinate office activities and handle general administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in data management using Microsoft Access and Excel.
  • Strong writing and communication skills, with the ability to craft clear and concise content.
  • Good IT knowledge and the ability to troubleshoot common hardware and software issues.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
