Job overview

We are seeking to employ an experienced, enthusiastic & dedicated Administration Officer to join our team at Nerrols Primary School and Nursery. The successful candidate will provide a full range of administrative support and maintain an effective and efficient school office.

Built in September 2019, Nerrols Primary School and Nursery is a growing school, currently with seven classes and a nursery, growing to 14 classes over time.

This is an exciting and challenging role requiring someone with excellent organisational, communication and IT skills and a professional approach to all members of our school community and visitors. Applicants must enjoy working with children and be flexible and adaptable as plans often change and interruptions are guaranteed!

General information and benefits:

  • £25,183 - £27,269 FTE (Grade 14, point 6 - Grade 13 point 11 of the support staff pay scale)
  • 37.5 hours a week: Monday to Friday, 8:15am to 4:15pm (30-minute unpaid lunch break). Hours and times could be flexible for the right candidate.
  • Term time only (plus INSET days)
