As a Residential Visits Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in the smooth running of these trips.

Working with the residential trip leaders, you will help ensure that the specific needs of the trip are understood, undertaking a range of administrative tasks to support the planning and organising of trips. This will involve collating and checking essential travel information, passports and consent forms, creating necessary documentation to support visa applications, as well as helping the residential trip leader to produce trip packs and information for parents.

About you:

You will need excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to relate well to people on all levels including colleagues, parents, students and external companies. You will also need to be able to remain calm under pressure, demonstrate a proactive approach and initiative for planning and prioritising work.

In addition to this, you will have a high level of confidence to fulfil all aspects of the role, providing high quality administrative, organisational and project management expertise alongside a practical can-do attitude and strong attention to detail.

Previous experience of working in a school would be beneficial.

If you possess relevant experience and a passion to work in our wonderful school, we would love to hear from you. In return, we offer you a great community in which to work and where ideas are welcomed.
