This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual, looking to use their first class organisational and administrative skills to play an important role in the smooth running of the department.

As an integral part of the Admissions team, you will support all aspects of the admissions process from enquiry to enrolment, including coordinating and attending our recruitment and admissions events.

This role is about building relationships with prospective parents and pupils and therefore would be ideal for someone with great interpersonal skills. You will be based in our senior school and will also work closely with staff in our prep school.

Excellent attention to detail and the ability to use your own initiative is key to success in this role, as is the ability to maintain a high level of efficiency while working in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to be able to multi-task, communicate effectively (both verbally and in writing) and work to tight deadlines. Proven experience in office administration and customer service is also required.

If you are an ambitious and passionate individual, looking for a busy and varied role within a leading independent day school, then we would love to hear from you. In return, we offer you a great community in which to work where ideas are welcomed. Oxford High School is Oxford’s oldest girls’ school and provides a vibrant, dynamic and creative environment for staff and pupils alike.
