About this Role

We seek to appoint an Advanced Teaching Assistant for 28.75 hours per week on a term time only basis to join our team at St. James Church of England Academy. This is on a fixed term basis until 31st August 2025. The post holder will be working within the EYFS/KS1 setting supporting children with Education Health Care Plans whilst under the guidance of the Teacher. 

This role will work under the direction of the class teacher and other appropriate staff, in assisting with and contributing to the planning, delivery and evaluation of the learning process. The post holder will work in classes, or other appropriate locations with access to support and guidance, supervising groups and /or individual pupils.
