Thank you for exploring Todmorden High School and the opportunity to join our wonderful team as ARCH Restoration Manager (a Pastoral Manager role). This is a rewarding and satisfying role where you will input directly into the lives of our superb students daily.
ARCH Restoration is part of Todmorden High's pastoral provision, where students work intensively to improve their understanding and application of the ARCH values. The ARCH values are Ambition, Care, Respect, Honesty.
The role involves specified time working in an off-site provision where staff focus on supporting students in alternative settings and working directly with students to reinforce these values and provide ongoing support. This combination ensures a holistic approach to student development, addressing both academic and personal growth.
Child and Adult protection are key priorities for the school. We aim to support children and adults who are at risk to be as safe as they can be and to fulfil their potential. You will help to lead across the school in the wellbeing, safety and the protection of children and adults at risk. You will have a responsibility to participate in training to the appropriate level of safeguarding, along with a duty to fulfil your personal responsibilities of safeguarding for all.
If you are interested in working in a school where the values ambition, respect, care, and honesty underpin all our work, and you believe you have skills that can enrich the lives of young people, please apply for this role.
