Salary: Up to £55,000 per annum   

Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Contract: Permanent, Term Time only

Are you a passionate, dedicated and motivated EYFS Assistant Headteacher. As Assistant Headteacher you will support their Headteacher in school management, delivering their pupils educational needs, maximising pupil’s achievement, and their ability to develop.

About the role

This is a great opportunity for an Assistant Headteacher who is looking for the chance to bring innovation and creativity to inspire learning in an SEN environment for pupils with varied and complex needs. Your work will be challenging and rewarding in equal measure and you will be the custodian of their strong safeguarding culture, where pupils are listened to, respected and involved in as many decisions as possible.

In partnership with their Headteacher, you will deliver clear, authentic leadership to their multidisciplinary team, establishing school aims and objectives, ensuring high levels of quality and compliance and working collaboratively to develop appropriate, individualised programmes of learning for their pupils.

When it comes to looking after their pupils, they never settle for second best. They are looking for a Assistant Headteacher, with the experience, leadership skills and vision to build incredible futures by empowering vulnerable young people in the UK, to be happy and to make their way in the world.

Educated to degree level or equivalent with Qualified Teacher Status, you will be experienced in an SEN environment, enjoy leading a team, and be genuinely motivated by helping every pupil to reach their potential.

Qualification requirements: QTS or Qualified Teacher Learning and Skills and Nationally recognised degree. You will be calm, engaging, resilient, and have an innovative style of teaching, motivated by helping every pupil to reach their potential.

About the school

The College is an early years setting in Isleworth, London built using their expertise in special education needs. They have recognised a need for this type of support for pupils and families, whose needs may not be met in mainstream settings. 

They offer care for pupils with a diagnosis, or emerging traits, of ASC or ADHD and pupils with sensory communication or social needs. Some of the benefits include:
