Salary: Grade E 

Salary Range (Gross) £27,803 - £30,825

Salary Range (Actual) £23,913.67 - £26,512.93

Hours: 37 Hours per week, 39 weeks per year

Location: Isca Academy

We are looking for a committed and passionate Assistant SENDCO/Access Arrangements Coordinator who wants to transform the lives of young people at Isca Academy. You will be a key part of our SEND team working with our students to ensure that their needs are met and that every child has the opportunity to be successful in the classroom. You will oversee the administration of internal and external assessments for students on the SEND register who may require access arrangements to ensure that all their statutory and additional needs are met.

You will need to be a passionate, driven individual with a desire to ensure that our most vulnerable students receive the support they need to achieve at the highest possible level. This is a very rewarding position and you will work alongside our SEND, behaviour, safeguarding, and attendance teams to ensure that every student feels a part of our community and experiences success.
