We are looking to recruit a Catering Manager who will be responsible for the catering provision for the school communities of All Saints Catholic High School and Seven Hills School, developing the catering provision to deliver healthy and high-quality meals that meet nutritional standards. This is an exciting time to join the team to lead a period of development and change within the catering service.

 

The postholder will be responsible for planning menus, making provision as appropriate for special dietary requirements, ordering stock accordingly, preparing, cooking and overseeing the cooking of a range of food items, supervising catering staff to ensure the efficient organisation of the catering service and dealing with any day to day problems/ issues that may arise. In conjunction with the Operations Manager and the Finance Team, they will also be responsible for the accurate cost control of the catering revenue and expenditure, ensuring the security of all monies and correct procedures for banking and reconciliation are met.
