The Directors and Principal of Radlett Preparatory School are seeking to appoint an

enthusiastic teacher, for the Spring and Summer terms. The position will start on 1st January

2025, be full-time temporary for two terms until 31st August 2025, with the potential to become permanent.

 

Radlett Preparatory School is a small independent co-educational school set in 14 acres of beautiful grounds with approximately 270 children from 4 to 11 years old. Class sizes are small which allows teachers to focus on individuals and tailor activities accordingly. We encourage both academic excellence and a celebration of childhood through our creative and challenging curriculum which makes full use of our extensive grounds and ancient woodland.


We are looking to appoint a full-time Year 1 teacher to work in our friendly, nurturing and high achieving school, initially on a fixed term basis for the Spring and Summer Terms. Newly Qualified Teachers (NQTs) as well as experienced teachers are urged to apply.

Radlett Preparatory School is a co-educational, independent day school in Hertfordshire. The school was moved to its current location in 1980, a Grade II listed Georgian building on a site dating to the 15th Century. Radlett itself is a village with a population of 8,000, located between St. Albans and Borehamwood. There are approximately 270 pupils on the school roll, between the ages of 4-11.
