Our school meets the needs of 270 pupils with special needs including ADHD, autism, speech, language and communication difficulties and social & emotional difficulties. Re-awarded in March 2024, Two Rivers High School is an Outstanding School for pupils with Special Educational Needs.


Responsibilities

Two Rivers High School are looking to appoint a Clerical Assistant - Finance to provide a professional administration and reception service within school. In addition to a range of general office administration, responsibilities will include providing support to School Bursar with a variety of finance tasks along with co-ordinating the full administration process for exams.


Required to start as soon as possible. 


35hrs/week: Monday-Friday (Term-time only + 4 weeks)

Salary: £25,813 - £26,409 (FTE 37 hours/whole year)


Key Requirements:

NVQ3 or equivalent business and administration qualification and / or work-based experience in a relevant discipline.

GCSE Maths and English to minimum Grade 4 or equivalent.

  • Has excellent organisational, planning and prioritising skills;
  • Requires minimum supervision and is methodical with a high attention to detail
  • Is able to work constructively as part of a team;
  • Good keyboard skills;
  • Has some knowledge of relevant policies/codes of practice/legislation;
  • Has the ability to relate well to children and adults.
