About the Role:
- Craft Individual Plans: Develop comprehensive study and college application strategies tailored to each student.
- Self-Discovery Guide: Help students identify their strengths and weaknesses, setting the stage for personal and academic growth.
- Extracurricular Strategist: Assist students in planning impactful extracurricular activities to enhance their applications.
- Mentorship in Action: Support students in making informed college choices and devising application strategies.
- Progress Tracking: Provide regular feedback to students and parents on application status and next steps.
- Life Abroad Preparation: Coach students on adapting to life in a new country and making the most of their experiences.
Requirements:
- Strong academic background with a minimum of a bachelor's degree required
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with self-motivation.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic team environment.

Independent international schools
In partnership with exceptional schools, Dipont Education has created a new model for K-12 education in China.
Through partnership with King’s College School, Wimbledon, one of the UK’s top schools, and highly regarded Chinese schools, our independent schools provide an internationalised learning experience while maintaining the requirements of the Chinese curriculum.
Wuxi Dipont School of Arts and Science is operated with Nanjing Foreign Languages School, while Hangzhou Dipont School of Arts and Science is a partnership with The High School Affiliated to Renmin University of China.
