Job overview

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated Community Leisure Manager to join our team as we strive to deliver excellence to our customers.

The successful candidate will be professional, respectful, knowledgeable, passionate and solution-driven.

Lydiate Services Company provides an excellent service to support all the needs of the community. We have a wide range of facilities which allow for sporting activities and community projects to take place. We are the heartbeat of our communities and provide opportunities and services that will enrich people in the local area.

This post will be based at Childwall Sports & Science Academy and Deyes High School dependent on need. It is envisaged that a 50/50 split between the sites will be appropriate. It is, however, separate from the school and does not involve sports/activities provided by the school.

Our people are at the heart of our success. We have developed a strong culture of collaboration and best practice, with professional development and career planning at its centre. We invest in our staff with support, coaching, mentoring, and a wide range of top-quality training programmes delivered at every level to senior leadership.

If you feel you are up to the challenge, keen to do well and would enjoy working with us, then please apply.

We do hope you are that special person we are looking for and we look forward to hearing from you.
