Job overview

Queen’s is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Cover Supervisor & Data Assistant for a crucial position working across both Queen’s College and Queen’s College Preparatory School. Reporting to the Data & Examinations Manager, the person appointed to this varied role will deliver high-quality supervision of lessons, manage cover arrangements conscientiously and provide invaluable support for the accurate management of data services across both schools. This role will contribute to data-led decision making for raising academic attainment and progress.

The College and the Prep are run as separate entities from a teaching perspective, but the many ancillary services needed to facilitate modern, high-quality education (including data management) are delivered by a multi-faceted team that supports both schools.

The Management Information System (MIS) used at Queen’s is Furlong’s SchoolBase. If you have experience of using alternative systems e.g. SIMS or iSAMS, we can provide full specialist training in the use of SchoolBase.

Early applications are warmly encouraged. Applications will be considered as they are received by the College and candidates may be invited for interview at any stage.

Queen’s College, London is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children; applicants must be willing to undergo the requisite pre-employment procedures, including checks with past employers and the Disclosure and Barring Service.
