We are looking to appoint two committed and enthusiastic Cover Supervisors to join our team at Yewlands Academy.
You will support learners and under the guidance of teaching/senior staff, provide cover supervision for whole classes in the short-term absence of qualified teaching staff.
This post offers an exciting opportunity for a passionate and motivated individual to work within our school. The successful candidate will be an excellent Teaching Assistant with experience of contributing to raising student attainment. keen to work in partnership with all staff and able to work under instruction as well as having the ability to use their initiative. They should have the ability to build excellent relationships with adults and children and be able to work as part of our whole school team. Good literacy and numeracy skills are essential. Previous experience of Cover Supervision would be desirable, however, is not essential.
