Role and Responsibilities:
As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the continuity of education for our students. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supervising classes during the short-term absence of teachers.
- Managing classroom behaviour and ensuring a positive learning environment.
- Supporting students with their learning and providing assistance where needed.
- Collaborating with teaching staff to ensure smooth delivery of lessons.
- Supporting with arranging cover as and when required.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role or working with children is desirable.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- A genuine passion for supporting students with dyslexia.
- Ability to manage classroom behaviour effectively.
