There is very much a team ethos at St Thomas More, with a culture of openness and transparency. Colleagues are encouraged to work in a collaborative fashion, putting forward new ideas and discussing issues openly. This has contributed to significant and sustained improvements in results in recent years. This determination to succeed and improve standards and outcomes for the well being of our students was demonstrated recently as our school was recognised as ‘good’ by Ofsted.
