The Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) plays a crucial role in supporting the Designated Safeguarding Lead in the schools and at Trust level in ensuring the safety and well-being of all students.
This position involves working collaboratively with staff, families, and external agencies to safeguard children and protect them from harm.
You will work within the trust supporting the safeguarding teams across the school according to need. This role will suit someone who is open to working flexibly within the trust where the need is greatest.

- Reach Training - In addition to running our three schools in Feltham, Reach Schools provides Initial Teacher Training (in partnership with SWTT), Teaching Internships and an expanding suite of Foundation Degrees.
Reach Schools also works in partnership with the Reach Foundation to deepen our impact in Feltham and to expand the national impact of our pioneering work.
