Deputy Head of Primary

Sri KDU International School Subang Jaya is located in the outskirts of the safe, modern and vibrant capital city of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. We are a growing COBIS-member school, in our sixth academic year. We are looking for an exceptional Deputy Head of Primary School to join our team. Skills Required

1. Leadership and Vision: Proven experience in leading and motivating staff to reach high standards, with a clear understanding of the curriculum, assessment, and primary school pedagogy.
2. Communication and Collaboration: Outstanding communication skills with an ability to engage effectively with students, parents, and staff members. Experience in building strong partnerships and fostering a collaborative culture.
3.  Safeguarding and Student Wellbeing: Commitment to and expertise in ensuring the safety, welfare, and personal growth of all students.
4. Data-Driven Decision-Making: Strong analytical skills with experience using student data to drive academic and pastoral improvements. Experience with data analysis platforms is an advantage.
5. Curriculum and Instructional Development: Ability to support and enhance teaching strategies that promote active, inquiry-based learning aligned with school values.
