Robertsbridge Community College is at an important stage of its improvement journey, following a challenging period for the school. We are now entering an exciting time, as we work tirelessly to build upon recent improvements and take the school forward. We have passionate, hardworking staff and great kids who need a great senior leader to help drive further improvements.

We are looking for a highly effective leader with the energy, drive, enthusiasm and ambition to join our dedicated Senior Leadership Team. This is a great opportunity to join our team and be part of something exciting.

The postholder will undertake a vital role within the school which will include:

• Building upon recent improvements, further developing behaviour for learning.
• Oversight of Pastoral systems and student welfare and wellbeing.
• Oversight of Pupil Premium and the performance of all vulnerable groups.
• Establishing and leading a culture in which students thrive personally and academically.
