About the department

Drama and music are integral to the life of the High School and there are a huge range of productions throughout the year that cross both. GCSE Drama is a popular subject at the High School, and they have a number of students who decide to carry on the subject and take A Level Drama and Theatre or BTEC Performing Arts. Within the department all year groups have the opportunity to perform during the year, be that in the bi-annual whole school musical, intermediate play, senior plays and the popular Showstopper.
