As the representative of the AISL Education Team, you will oversee and enhance the performance of our AISL Harrow LiDe Schools, driving a culture of continuous improvement in collaboration with the Head, Chinese Principals, and the education team.

In this dynamic position, you will manage the Associate Director of Education, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards while supporting school leaders in delivering a comprehensive LiDe education. Your contributions will be vital in implementing the AISL Quality Assurance Framework and guiding our teams to achieve educational excellence. 

You will have the flexibility to be based in any city where we have schools in China or at our Group offices in Hong Kong or Shenzhen.
