Brighton Girls is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Early Years Learning Support Assistant and Forest School Leader to join our dedicated team of teachers and support staff. 

You will play a complementary and supporting role to the teacher by encouraging pupils in their learning and acquisition of skills. You’ll be working directly with young people in the classroom, supporting both neurodiverse and neurotypical pupils in and between lessons, helping them in all areas of their learning, whether that be academic, practical, behavioural or social. This part of the role will be primarily working with our early years students. 

You will play a leading role in the Forest School, planning and running outdoor educational sessions for our students in the nearby woodlands. This part of the role will be working with students across the Prep School.

The successful candidate will hold a recognised Level 3 TA qualification i.e., NVQ, NNEB, City & Guilds, BTEC or equivalent relevant experience. Please see the job description for the full list of applicable qualifications. Additionally, forest school training is desirable for this role.
