Dulwich Prep London is an exciting place to work. With around 810 pupils, it is the largest boys’ preparatory school in the UK and is situated in one of the most beautiful parts of the most cosmopolitan city in the world.
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Estates Manager to lead our dedicated team of 16 staff members. This pivotal role will be at the forefront of maintaining and enhancing our school's infrastructure, ensuring a safe and inspiring environment for learning and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive maintenance and refurbishment program across the entire school campus
- Oversee Health & Safety management, ensuring full compliance with all relevant legislation and policies
- Lead and inspire a team of professionals to deliver exceptional results

- Efficiently manage a demanding workload and meet deadlines under pressure
- Work flexibly and collaboratively in a fast-paced educational environment
Qualifications and Experience:
- Accredited Health & Safety Competent Person status (or working towards NEBOSH certificate/diploma)
- Proven track record in project management
- Substantial experience in line management

This long-established and well-known preparatory school educates boys aged 3 to 13 (girls 3 to 4), preparing them for entrance and scholarship examinations to independent London day schools and boarding schools across the country. Dulwich Prep & Senior (DPS), formerly known as Dulwich Prep London (2011-2024) and Dulwich College Preparatory School (1885-2011), aims to challenge boys in their pursuit of excellence and to inspire each pupil to realise his full potential.
